About Dr. Tonia
Background
Early on Dr. Tonia realized she loved to speak and her effectiveness as a communicator was a key to opening doors and achieving success. In 2005, Dr. Phanor began offering communication training to help people become a better version of themselves.
She is passionate about people realizing the power of their voice and enjoys seeing people go from timid communicators to confident speakers. She formed Excel Communication to provide consulting and training. She has trained thousands of leaders at companies such as META, CDC, Disney, and more.
